Rumeli KavakA fishing village between Sariyer and Rumeli Feneri, Rumeli Kavagi can be accessed via the highway from Sariyer or by sea from Eminonu or Besiktas It is full of restaurants serving the
freshest of fish like many of the other Bosphorus shore villages, but is especially known for all the celebrities of istanbul who come there to dine. The village's small houses feature a simple architectural style.
